The familiar tones of Game of Thrones and Line of Duty star, Owen Teale, can be heard on two new short films promoting the work of St Davids based charity, Shalom House.
The two films; one about the work of Shalom House and one about the charity’s fundraising, were both narrated by the Game of Thrones, Line of Duty and Discovery of Witches who agreed to donate his time to the charity.
“Our business manager, Sam, got to sit in on the session via Zoom. She reported back what a lovely man Owen is,” said a Shalom House spokesperson.
“We are really grateful to him for sparing us time in his busy schedule.”
The films were funded by a Covid-19 - Supporting Community Action Fund Recovery and Revival grant.
The filming was carried out by Tim from Behind The Lens Media and Stephen from webzer.co.uk
Margaret Burnett MBE the founder of Shalom House features in the films, as does the nursing team involved in the charity’s work.
“The videos perfectly showcase the services that Shalom House offers to the people of Pembrokeshire who have cancer and life limiting illnesses,” said the spokesperson.
