In the league cup final goals by Ioan James and Lleucu Mathias earned them a 2-1 win over Lampeter, who had pulled back a penalty early in the second half to set up a nervy finish.

Meanwhile South Ceredigion Under 14s were crowned Inter League champions for 2021/22 after winning an entertaining final 4-1 against North Powys at Park Avenue, with goals from Hari Jones (2), Jakub Michalski and Gwydion Dafis.
