A MAN from Greater London has denied raping and sexually assaulting a woman in an alleyway in Tenby.
Nicholas Mitchell, 58, of Park Avenue in West Wickham, near Bromley, has been accused of three offences following an evening out in the Pembrokeshire town on May 1, 2021.
Mitchell was charged with orally and vaginally raping a woman, as well as sexually assaulting her by penetration.

He denied all three charges.
“Any activity was consensual,” said Jon Tarrant, appearing for Mitchell.
An estimated five-day trial has been set to begin on March 10, 2025.
Mitchell was bailed until that date.
