A DINAS Cross man will face a trial accused of breaking in to a neighbour’s home.
Mathew Reading, 31, of Maes Y Llan, appeared in the dock at Swansea Crown Court charged with burglary.
It was alleged that he entered another property on Maes Y Llan as a trespasser with the intent to steal on August 2.
Reading denied the offence.

Ashanti-Jade Walton, appearing for the defendant, said that Reading denied having entered the address at all.
“He popped his head through the door shouting [the complainant’s] name,” she said.
“At no point was he inside.”
Judge Huw Rees set a trial date of January 22, and Reading was remanded in to custody until that date.
