A FARMER has been accused of breaching a restraining order by posting about two people on Facebook.

Philip Stoddart, 58, of St Ishmaels, was made subject to a restraining order at Swansea Crown Court in April 2021.

However, he has been accused of making a series of posts on Facebook between December 4 and 13 which referred by necessary inference to a woman and a man.

He was also charged with a second breach after allegedly sending the man friend requests on December 12 and 13.

The prosecution said that Stoddart was barred from contacting the complainants or referring to them online.

Stoddart pleaded not guilty to each of the breaches at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on October 1.

He was granted bail, and was ordered to return to court for trial on November 25.
