Another superb century by Jamie Phelps helped Hook round off an outstanding season with victory by a massive 161 runs against a Fishguard side which makes the dreaded drop into Division Three.
Phelps has found a new lease of life this season and he plundered 120 runs, including 17 fours and two sixes, as he sent the ball to all parts of The Moors.
He shared an opening partnership of 117 with Brennan Lay (35) and another big stand of 101 with Ross Martin, who has also been in fine fettle since returning to the fold, adding another 64 runs (seven fours and three sixes) before he fell to Ben Watson.
Mick Haltam (14) and Andrew Thomas (32 not out) took Hook to such a massive score. Nigel Delaney led the Fishguard bowling with 3 for 38.
David Haynes struck five boundaries for Fishguard but was bowled by Andrew Thomas for 27.
Thomas took 3 for 16 alongside Ross Martin (2 for 24), team captain Matthew Holder (2 for 32), Wayne Griffiths (1 for 18) and Phelps (1 for 21).
Alan Proud also chipped in with 19 and there was support from Wyn Griffiths (16) and Sean O'Connor (21) as Fishguard moved to 122 before Proud was last out and Hook celebrated promotion.
