Road Conditions:

Issue on the Trunk road A487 Felindre Farchog to Eglwyswrw. Gritting lorry should be there shortly.

Heavy traffic on the B4329 Mountain road due to ice and snow. Cars blocking the roads and gritter lorry stuck between traffic.

Ice on the hills between Pentlepoir and Saundersfoot. Also Valley Road in Sandersfoot has iced over and reported as hazardous by Police.

Road Conditions:

Heavy traffic on the B4329 Mountain road due to ice and snow. Cars blocking the roads and gritters stuck between traffic.Â

Miscellaneous:

Western Power Pole knocked down in Llawhaden area following Road Traffic Collision. Exposed cables and wires. Western Power en route to scene to make safe.

The following bus services are not operating today:

230 (Crymych to Carmarthen)

Milford Haven Town Rider

Cardigan Town Rider Clydau to Cardigan Dial-a-ride

Other routes are running but may be delayed. The 360 (Pembroke Dock to Tenby) is not currently able to serve Lady Park and Upper Hill Park.

Road Conditions:

Number of RTCs on the A4075 Canaston bridge to Yerbeston road and the A4115 to Templeton road that peels off that. Dyfed Powys Police on scene. Heavy traffic and difficulty to access area.

The charity PATCH cannot open their bases in Milford Haven and Saundersfoot today.

Update from 8.34am:

Road Conditions

Heavy traffic around Rdgeway by Manorbier Station due to a number of RTCs.

Icy conditions on the A4218 near Tenby and around Neyland. Any untreated roads with hills.

Roads around the North East of the county are reported as quite bad. Traffic is moving but HGV are having difficulties on hills.

Untreated roads and pavements will be icy.

Waste Collection:

We are unable to carry out refuse collection in a number of areas in the North East of the County, especially around the Maenclochog and Mynachlog Ddu areas. The next collection for those areas will be next week.

Weather Update:

A few scattered sleet and snow showers will drift in the north this morning, with road surface temperatures being slow to recover above zero. Showers will peter out leaving a largely dry afternoon with sunny spells. This evening will remain dry with clear spells, however cloud will spill in form the west during the course of the night with a few spots of light rain developing towards dawn.
