Tenby Coastguard Rescue team Tenby RNLI inshore lifeboat responded to reports of a despondent male in the vicinity of North Beach, Tenby at 4.56am this morning (Saturday).
Following a hasty search by the team along north walk and a search of the water in that area by the lifeboat, information was received that the casualty had been sighted in the esplanade area.
All teams hurried to the new location, where they were informed that the casualty had been located and was in the care of Dyfed Powys police and Welsh Ambulance Service.
