Eye witnesses are reporting that this afternoon's incident in Haverfordwest's multi-storey car park has been resolved.
Police sealed off the area, including the nearby footbridge and bus station and several officers attended.
It is understood that officers were talking to a woman who was sitting on a wall on the top of the building.
