Pembrokeshire's Farm for City Children at St Davids is one of the charities to benefit from a farming calendar with a difference this year.

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic throwing so much at the world, farmers have worked through it all, growing vegetables, tending to the animals, making sure everyone has enough to eat.

They've also managed to find time to strip off and produce the Farmers and Lady Farmers calendars 2021.

Now in their 21st year, the calendars capture farmers on the land working hard and doing what they do best – but in poses that might be a little unusual for most Welsh weather.

This year the calendar is supporting Farms for City Children, started by author Michael Morpurgo in the 1970s.

Lower Treginnis at St Davids is one of their farms which give primary school children from disadvantaged urban communities the chance to become an integral part of a working farm for a whole week.

During the week the children and their teachers live and work on the farms, explore the countryside, and find out where good food comes from.
