Bro Syfynwy Heritage Group An awards for all lottery grant of £2,750 has enabled the Bro Syfynwy Heritage Group produce a leaflet highlighting places of interest and historical facts about the area of Bletherston, Llysyfran and New Moat. Aspects of village and rural life are documented and changes in the landscape with small industries no longer in existence. The area has longstanding historical past.
Art work for the leaflet has been done by local artists Peter Bushell and Rhys Himsworth.
Thanks for the guidance from Sandra Rowlands and Sarah Kelly from Planed for their perseverance and loyalty on helping the group when staging the two day exhibition in Llysyfran YFC Hall during October 2008. Thanks to everyone who helped with documents, photographs and artefacts and also to members who helped to make this a success.
A free leaflet will be available at local outlets in the near future.
