A NEW charity shop in Milford Haven will helping furnish a local hospice at home service with vital funds.

The Paul Sartori Foundation celebrated the grand opening of its a new home furnishing shop at Havens Head Retail Park on Monday (January 25).

The Port of Milford Haven has let the old Pets Outlet on a short-term lease to enable the Paul Sartori Foundation to open up its latest retail store.

Clare Stowell, Estates Manager for the Port, said “Paul Sartori are providing a much needed service in Pembrokeshire and we are delighted to welcome them as new tenants.

"The building they are occupying is central and provides easy access for visitors, by foot and by car, so I’m sure they’ll be very busy and I wish them every success for the future.”

Tim Davies, of Paul Sartori, added: “We are grateful to the Port of Milford Haven for all their help in enabling us to open the shop. This is in a fantastic location for us”.

At the official opening, Paul Sartori chairman Charles Clewett welcomed Port CEO Alec Don, Mayor of Milford Haven Stephen Joseph and David Rye - Milford Haven Town Crier.

Last year the Paul Sartori Foundation reached 139 people in Milford Haven, delivering 500 hours of care.

The Sartori Stores, aren’t just any old outlets, they are retail outlets where you can buy quality donated clothes, antiques, jewellery, vintage/retro items and furniture while supporting Pembrokeshire’s only Hospice at Home Care Service.
