Division One West:

Crymych v Tycroes

The Preseli Men face bottom of the table Tycroes from the dizzy heights of sixth place, having won nine of their last 10 games.

Wins over Tycroes and Kidwelly could yet see them rise higher, and there would be no better way to take momentum into next season.

With Tycroes already relegated, you'd back Crymych to keep their incredible run going.

Dunvant v Tenby United

For The Seasiders, time is running out.

With two games left they lie five points behind Penclawdd, who have finished their matches, and three behind Kidwelly, who play their last match at Crymych on May 19th.

Tomorrow they face a Dunvant side who can yet finish second, and the Seasiders simply have to perform.

A win means they go to Felinfoel on the final day out of the bottom two. Defeat, and it will be do or die against the league champions.

Bottom four:

Penclawdd - Played 22 (finished) and 44 points.

Kidwelly - Played 21 and 42 points.

Tenby United - Played 20 and 39 points.

Tycroes (relegated) - Played 20 and 19 points.

Division Two West:

Fishguard v Amman United

Fishguard are seven points clear of their visitors and if they avoid defeat, they are safe.

Anything else, and they will nervously await the outcome of Amman v Pontyberem a week Saturday.

The Bont are just two points above the Seagulls themselves, and the latter will know they can ill afford to leave their fate in the hands of others.

It will be a tense day at The Moors.

Fishguard: Robbie Jones, Thomas George, Mike Jenkins, Mike Jenkins, Jamie Lewis, Jake Jenkins, Alun George, Ryan McVeigh, Gavin Walsh (capt), Neil Perkins, Jac Evans, Luke Freebury, Jordan James, Sion Colella, Chris Shousha.

Replacements: Liam Wilkes, Adam Bowen, Gwilym Evans, Lewis Davies, Andrew Williams.

Bottom four:

Pontyberem - 21 games and 39 points.

Fishguard - 21 games and 37 points.

Amman United 20 games and 30 points.

Llanybydder (relegated) - 22 games (finished) and 15 points.

Loughor v St Clears

One team who can relax is St Clears - they are safe regardless of what happens in their last game at Loughor.

The Carmarthenshire Saints are eighth, and cannot go any higher, although could drop as low as 10th depending on other results.

I suspect the latter scenario won't worry them. All that remains is for the visitors to finish a season in which they have fought hard to cement their place in Division Two, with a positive display.

Whitland v Mumbles

A win will give Whitland the title.

It won't be all plain sailing against one of only two sides to beat them in the league this season, with Mumbles lying third after three straight wins.

Without complicating matters, the unlikely event of a draw and five tries will also be enough for the Borderers, but I don't imagine that thought has even entered their minds.

Whitland: Jonathan Thomas, Liam Price, Scott Lloyd, Josh Thomas, Sean Coles, Nico Setaro, Adam Davies, Aaron Mayne, Marc Jones, Tomos EVans, Raff Williams, Dai Ebsworth, Ryan Morgan, Ryan Michael, Jack Mason.

Replacements: Gethin Lewis, Jamie Lewis, Danny Evans, Ben Kirk, Aaron Ebsworth, Tom Parry.

Top two:

Yr Hendy - Played 22 (finished) and 94 points.

Whitland - Played 21 and 91 points.

Division Three West A:

Cardigan v Pembroke

The Scarlets have three games left - and a return of just four points will be enough for the title and promotion.

They will be favourites to get the job done here against a Cardigan team who lie seventh, and will stay there unless they upset the form book with victory in their last league match.

If Pembroke do falter, they will have further chances against Haverfordwest (Wednesday) and Milford Haven (Saturday).

Cardigan: John Lumb, Siôn Hughes, Marcus Castle, William James Delve, Rhydian Jenkins, Tom Dunn, Gwern Phillips, William Brice, Luke Palmer-Davies, Richard Rara, Toby Neilson, Dafydd Wyn Rotie, Tom Taylor, Gruffydd Lewis, Colin Davies.

Replacements: Andrew Jones, Ben Cox, Daf Owens, Iwan John, Llyr Jones.

Tregaron v Pembroke Dock Quins

Both of these teams finish their league season with little more than pride at stake.

The Quins are eighth and Tregaron ninth, and neither can move from there.

The visitors had a long day in Aberaeron last week as they lost 80-0, and this time will need to travel stronger to Mid-Wales to have a chance of finishing on a high.
