The league structure for the 2018/19 Pembrokeshire football campaign means no sides have been relegated from any divisions last season.

Teams folding over the course of last season and this summer has meant some bonus promotions for sides in Divisions Three, Four and Five - while new entrants Newport Tigers will play in the bottom tier. They will be joined by Tenby, who return after withdrawing from the league in the summer of 2017, and Monkton Swifts III.
