Merlins Bridge v Monkton Swifts is the only all Pembrokeshire tie in the third round (last 32) of the West Wales Cup.
In what promises to be an intense clash, two of the early front runners in Division One will meet at The Racecourse and the tie ensures the county will have a side in the last 16 regardless of results elsewhere.
Champions Goodwick face an interesting test at Sandfields.
The latter are only in Division Two of the Swansea League but currently top the table with 10 wins and a draw from 11 league games.
The team behind them in second, Waunarlwydd, visit Herbie.
Ironically, Sean Thomas' side beat Johnston (second in Pembrokeshire's Division Two) to reach this stage so this may prove a similar test.
Another side in Swansea's second tier, Morriston Town, go to Hakin.
The Vikings hammered Milford 12-2 in the last round and with home advantage, they will start favourites to progress again.
Carew reached the final four last season and have a home tie to Loughor, a side struggling in the Carmarthenshire Premier League with eight points from six games thus far. The Rooks in contrast, are challenging at the top end of Division One and will target this.
Neyland will welcome a side from the Neath Premier Division, second placed Bryncoch.
The Nomads hammered Abergwili 10-0 in their biggest win of the seaosn to get here, but this will represent a much sterner test.
