The only Pembrokeshire based senior rugby game comes at The Obs tomorrow as Milford Haven host Crymych, 12pm kick off.

The pair haven't met in this competition since May 2010 when they played out the final in Whitland, with the Preseli Men prevailing 22-6.

And the visitors will be strong favourites to get the job done again tomorrow, given they ply their trade in Division One West. But The Mariners lie top of Division Three West A and with no game scheduled for the following week, can afford to have a real go with nothing to lose.

Crymych beat Llanelli Wanderers 10-0 last Saturday in atrocious conditions and their pack have been in formidable form. Back row players Osian and Guto Davies got the tries in that game and with Sion Colella also packing down on the flank, they form a strong unit. Hooker Aled Harries is another to have shone of late and with Narberth not playing, they will almost certainly have Gethin Gibby and Laurence Headlam in their back division.

Milford will be missing David Round as he's back fighting but Zac France-Miller and Mark Wonnacott should be available after missing the messy 17-3 win over Cardigan. Whether Nathan Williams, Steve Martin and Andy Williams choose to go with their strongest team or give game time to others with a crucial title run-in pending remains to be seen.

But this is a good chance for The Mariners to test themselves. For five consecutive seasons now, they've gone out via a walkover in the KO Cup to higher league opposition - so it's refreshing to see the way they have promoted this clash and are clearly very keen to play it. It suggests a positive change in mentality.

It will still be very difficult for the hosts, but like I said, they have nothing to lose.
