Women's WRU Merit League: Seven Sisters 41-10 Haverfordwest
Just 12 Haverfordwest players and Nia Gwyther (permitted from Lampeter) travelled to the Dulais Valley to take on Seven Sisters on Sunday.
To their credit Seven Sisters loaned Haverfordwest a further two players so the game could be played 15-a-side.
The game was fiercely competitive but played in excellent spirit, and Delyth Foster scored for Haverfordwest, the other try scored by a SevenSisters player against her own side.
Jana Neumann was named Haverfordwest man of the match for countless carries.
The Lady Blues now return to action on September 29 at home to high flying Nelson, who’ve gone the first two games unbeaten and scored 94 points.
Haverfordwest: Ali Hopson-Griffiths (captain), Claire Lawrence, Hayley May Thomas, Sarah Lawrence, Emily Carrington, Delyth Foster, Nia Gwyther, Jana Neumann, Rhian Swift, Emma Summons, Amber Starr-Palmer, Katy Lewis.
