Senior Cup Round 2: Narberth 0-3 Carew
Carew came through against Narberth to reach the last eight of the Senior Cup following a comfortable three-goal win at Jesse Road.
After bowing out of the West Wales Intermediate Cup last week following a narrow 3-2 defeat at the hands of Giants Grave, The Rooks got the perfect reaction to set up a quarter final tie with home advantage against Johnston.
Scott Ferney opened the scoring early on as he drilled a low shot into the far corner - and in the 36th minute Jordan Richards struck a 35-yard pile driver to double the lead.
Narberth failed to really trouble The Rooks, and the visitors put the result beyond doubt after the break when Alex Bayley bundled in off his knee for the third.
