Five cyclists from the Pembrokeshrie Velo Club have set off on a venture around Wales this morning.

Ross McNally, Robert Dyde, Shane Davies, Shaun Newbury, and Liam Rowlands set off from Pembroke on their 500 mile trek in the early hours of this morning.

They have four days to complete their journey, with the aim to back at their start point on Thursday.

The group are raising money for new equipment at the Anchorage Social Activity Centre in Pembroke Dock - that helps adults with a variety of learning difficulties.

The cyclists have already received more than £900 in donations with their overall target being £1500.
