Derrick Rose sunk a two-point shot with less than a second remaining to help the Minnesota Timberwolves come from behind to beat the Phoenix Suns 116-114.

Rose came off the bench and played 38 minutes, scoring 31 points while Karl-Anthony Towns added 30 as the Suns lost their fourth game in a row.

TJ Warren had 21 for the Suns who sit bottom of the Pacific Division with an 11-27 record.

Tobias Harris was just short of a triple-double with 27 points, nine rebounds and nine assists as he helped the Los Angeles Clippers to a 103-95 win over the San Antonio Spurs.

The Clippers – who had lost five in a row – went on a 20-2 run in a dominant first-half performance, while LaMarcus Aldridge top scored for San Antonio with 30 points and 14 rebounds.

Victor Oladipo scored 21 points as the Indiana Pacers saw off the Charlotte Hornets 120-95.

Kemba Walker had 23 points on the night but Charlotte fell to a game behind the Miami Heat at the top of the Southeast Division with the loss.
