THE Blackwall Tunnel has reopened after an accident involving a car and a lorry around 2.30pm.
Blackwall Tunnel Approach was closed northbound following the accident which took place at the entrance of the tunnel.
Police and emergency services attended the scene and there were no serious injuries reported.
A Transport for London spokesman says there are queues in the area but they should clear soon now the tunnel has reopened.
