AN 18-year-old man who was arrested in the Belle Vue Park area on suspicion of burglary has now been charged with dwelling burglary and theft, dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving with no insurance, Gwent Police have confirmed.
The man, who was arrested at 12.53pm on Monday October 2, has been remanded in custody.
