TWO men have appeared at Swansea Crown Court charged with firearms offences.
Ashley and Timothy Wright, aged 64 and 63 respectively, appeared in the dock charged with three offences each.
The pair were both charged with possessing a shotgun without a certificate, to which they both pleaded not guilty.

Ashley Wright, of Treforis in Betws, was accused of two offences of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. The offences related to an air rifle.
He denied each of these.
Timothy Wright, of Maesybont, was also charged with two offences of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence – relating to an air rifle.
He pleaded not guilty to each of these.
James Hartson, appearing for Ashley Wright, said the defendant’s case was that the allegations simply didn’t happen.
Judge Catherine Richards set a trial date of October 23, and the defendants were both granted bail.
