A SIX-year-old girl has raised £385 for Pembrokeshire Special Needs Gymnastic Club by completing her second sponsored bike ride in a year.

Bronwen Mair Lee rode from Neyland to Haverfordwest and back with her dad Jason to raise money for the club.

Despite falling off her bike less than a mile in - while trying to break her speed record - she carried on to the end.

She hopes to do another cycle later in the year with her best friend Hazel to raise money for their gymnastics club Elements Gymnastic Academy so that they can put it towards buying a building of their own.

"Bronwen takes all this in her stride," said mum Aelwen James.

"She is very humble about it. We are all so proud of her."
