A TERRACE of clifftop cottages on St Ann’s Head, including a helipad and two lighthouses, is now for sale for just under a million pounds.
Dubbed ‘Britain’s most isolated street’ the five lighthouse- keepers’ cottages have been empty for a decade but are now being sold by Trinity House, who run all lighthouses in England and Wales.
£950,000 will secure you the cottages plus two lighthouses, a helipad, helicopter transitlounge and former fog horn house.
Four of the cottages date back to 1938, with the last built around 1970 and were previously used to house county lighthouse-keepers and their families.
The cottages require a total refurbishment but the site does offer panoramic views of Skomer and Skokholm Islands.
A lighthouse has been on the site since 1712 to warn seafarers of dangerous rocks ahead.
