Antony Talbot Evans-Thomas Peacefully passed away at his home on the 20th of March, 2021. Much loved husband of Roz, loving father and grandfather to Julianne, Martin, Callum and Abbie. Tony will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Due to the current restrictions, the funeral will take place with a private family service at the Parc Gwyn Crematorium on the Friday, 26th March, leaving his home at 9:45am. Donations in lieu of flowers to Shalom House Palliative Care Centre, 113 Nun Street, St Davids, Haverfordwest, SA62 6BP.
