To celebrate its 21st birthday, Span Arts is hosting a summer dance party at the Queens Hall, Narberth, on Friday.
Music will be provided by the Baghdaddies, Anthill and various DJs.
The Baghdaddies have astounded audiences throughout Europe, with their anarchic mix of traditional European, Middle Easternand reggae music. Led by Ziad Zabaro, the band take audiences on an amazing musical trip.
They have released four albums, acclaimed for originality and uniqueness, and their fourth album, Katchyazafta, look set to take them on to further success.
Also on the bill is Pembrokeshire's Anthill, led by Tenby guitarist Owen Argent, with an updated set of home-grownfunkand reggae grooves. Although influencesinclude Toots and the Maytalsand James Brown, the material stands up on its own, and continues to build support wherever they play. The party will be completed by DJs Eugene and Shana.
Tickets are 15 for non Span members, which includes a year's membership with discounts, and 5 for members, available by calling Span Arts on 01834 869323.
