PROFESSIONAL performance storyteller Phil Okwedy has created some new tales to tell with the publication of his first book.
Phil draws deeply on his Welsh/Nigerian heritage and multiple cultures when he performs in clubs, theatres and festivals both here and abroad.
On Saturday (November 24) at 2pm, he will be at Tenby Museum and Art Gallery for the launch of Wil and the Welsh Black Cattle, a set of Welsh folk tales for children and adults, framed around the mythology of the ancient cattle drovers.
In a real family-friendly treat, Phil will be performing extracts from the book, which is published by Gomer.
The book's illustrator, Peter Stevenson, will also be in attendance.
Donations to Tenby Museum and Art Gallery will be appreciated on the day.
