MR RICHARD SLATER Joyce, Jeff, Victoria and Nick would like to thank family and friends for all the cards, flowers, messages and donations received following the loss of Richard. It really was overwhelming. Grateful thanks to Rev Elwyn John for the lovely service that he gave and to Gareth John for his prayers. Thank you also to the bearers, Ken Simpson, Gareth John, Malcolm Clash, David Hill and Mark Sibbald, along with the many people who attended the service. We would also like to thank the hard-working family and friends who provided the wonderful refreshments and the Balfour Club for providing the venue in which to celebrate Richard's life. Finally, thank you to F G Rees and Sons Funeral Directors for the caring and understanding way in which they conducted the funeral arrangements.
