Eileen Lancaster Maresfield, East Sussex (Formerly of Pembroke Dock) Eileen Lancaster passed away peacefully on 6th November 2023 at the age of 103. Eileen was living with her daughter Anne and son in law Tom. Eileen, formerly of Pembroke Dock, was born in Lockwood in 1920. Eileen came to Pembroke Dock during the war while in the RAF. There she met her husband Harold who ran the dockyard cinema. After the war he ran the Grand Cinema. When the cinema closed they took over the White Hart in Pembroke Street. Eileen worked at Llewelyn Davies accountants until she retired. When they left the pub they moved to Law Street until Eileen moved to Munro Court after Harold passed away. They were both well known in the town. Family left to mourn are daughter and son-in-law, Anne and Tom. Grand children, Damon and Liz, Claire and Owen. Great Grand children, Eva and Eliza. The funeral took place on Friday 24th November 2023 at the Wealden Crematorium, Horam.
