A tanker transporting liquid petroleum gas (LPG) came off the road between St Davids and Croesgoch this morning (Friday).
The LPG tanker went into a ditch on the A487 at around 8.45am. The road was closed while emergency services attended the incident.
St Davids fire crew stood by, as did an ambulance. Police were also in attendance. They arranged for a heavy industrial appliance to remove the tanker from the ditch.
A fire service spokesman said that the tanker did not sustain any damage and its cargo remained intact.
