PEMBROKE Rotary club has donated £300 to Stackpole Mencap Walled Gardens in recognition of their excellent work with people with learning difficulties.
Last month (August) Pembroke Rotarians and their wives had a most enjoyable BBQ evening at the gardens.
On arrival they were given a tour of the gardens and the Rotary Club are grateful to Mencap for their generous use of the gardens.
President Emyr Williams handed over a cheque for £300 to the garden’s general manager Debbie Drewett.
Stackpole Walled Gardens provides essential training and social development skills for Pembrokeshire adults with learning disabilities to improve their quality of life.
