Two stricken sailors and their craft were rescued by Tenby lifeboatmen on Saturday afternoon.
The town's relief all-weather lifeboat was launched after Milford Haven coastguard received a call from the yacht Heather Belle which had suffered engine failure six miles south-east of Caldey Island.
One of the yacht's crew was extremely seasick, while the other had fallen and injured his ribs. Due to poor weather conditions, a lifeboat crew member was put on board to assist them.
The vessel was taken in tow back to Tenby, arriving at 3.50pm.
The yacht was placed on a secure mooring and the two crew were landed at the lifeboat station and handed into the care of ambulance paramedics.
