Following an emotional appeal from her aunt and grandmother at a press conference yesterday, missing teenager Joni Leigh Griffiths has been found safe and well.

The schoolgirl, who had last been seen on March 6th in Carmarthen town, was found safe and well in Neath in the early hours of this morning.

Police confirmed on Monday that two men had been arrested in direct connection with the teenager's disappearance, they have been released on bail pending further inquiries.

The missing girl will be interviewed by police this afternoon.

"She will be interviewed by specially trained officers later today," said a spokesman for Dyfed-Powys Police. "Police would like to thank members of the public and the media for their help with this appeal"
