Local amateur dramatic stalwarts, the Eastend Flyover Company is promising a Grimm time in south Pembrokeshire this week.
Tickets are now on sale for the Company’s next production, A Grimmer Tale, based on the stories of the Brothers Grimm.
The play is an original piece written by local storyteller Owain Roach, scriptwriter Naomi Chiffi and Flyover Chairperson Angharad Scourfield.
Following on last year’s sell-out production of Private Peaceful, the Flyover Co is very excited about working with pupils and staff at Cresselly’s Castle School, many of who are contributing to the show both on and off stage.
With original music from local harpist Jess Ward and Welsh folk band Estron, the show looks to be an exciting event.
The play will be staged at the Penquoit Centre, near Cresselly, and audience members are invited to bring along a blanket and a bottle – this is not your average night at the theatre.
The play runs from Monday July 6 to 8, at 7.30 pm; tickets are available from Main Street Music, Pembroke, Cwtch Café, Pembroke Dock, and Tenby Bookshop.
