SAUNDERSFOOT has been celebrating the success of its green-fingered residents with the annual Saundersfoot in Bloom presentation.
The event took place at the St Brides Spa Hotel, by kind permission of Andrew Evans.
The chairman of Saundersfoot in Bloom, Keith Williams, welcomed everyone, including the chairman of Saundersfoot Community Council, Councillor Phil Baker, who presented the prizes.
Keith reminded everyone of the forthcoming flower festival at St. Issell’s Church, from August 18-22.
There is still room for memorial posies at the festival. Anyone who wishes to remember a loved one with a posy should contact secretary Rosemary Hayes or any member.
Thanks were given to Roger Brace for his help with the troughs by the crash barrier.
Clr. Phil Baker gave a vote of thanks to members of Saundersfoot in Bloom for their hard work.
