DURING the recent opening of the new B&M store in Pembroke Dock, Mayor Maureen Colgan was presented with £250 of vouchers for distribution to local charities.
Cllr Colgan presented the vouchers to the Anchorage Day Centre, the Friends of South Pembrokeshire Hospital, the 1st and 3rd Pembroke Scout Groups and the St Patrick’s Guiders.
B&M, based on the London Road site previously occupied by B&Q, was greeted by crowds of bargain hunters when it opened its doors in late August.
