FOLLY Cross fields was a hive of activity on Saturday as hundreds came to enjoy Camrose Vintage Working Day (CVWD).

Visitors to the 32nd CVWD were greeted with glorious sunshine at the showground where there was a wide range of agricultural demonstrations, entertainment and vintage vehicles.

Preseli Pembrokeshire AM Paul Davies said he was honoured to open the event which brought back “fond memories” of growing up on a farm.

“It’s an opportunity for us to reconnect with our past. There’s a great community spirit in Camrose, that’s quite clear from how long the show has been running. It’s raised thousands and thousands for local charities since 1985.”

Pembrokeshire Falconry’s birds of prey put on a spectacular display, as did the always popular Quack Pack. There was also an impressive parade of vintage tractors and cars.

Visitors found out more about ploughing, straw baleing, sheepdog handling as well as getting a closer look at some impressive vintage machinery, including a special display of Ford and Fordson tractors in celebration of the company’s 100 years.

Darren Rogers, show chairman thanked everyone who attended and the Committee volunteers who make the whole thing possible.

As well as top notch refreshments there was lots of children's entertainment including EduPets and a tug of war competition.

Lovers of vintage cars were treated to a fantastic selection, as well as some fantastic looking motorbikes, traction engines and much more.
