A Pembroke Dock man accused of producing 126 cannabis plants, is to appear in crown court.
Haverfordwest magistrates declined jurisdiction to hear the case of Edmund Thomas Quinn, of Victoria Road, when he appeared before them on Tuesday.
Quinn, 43, did not enter a plea to charges of being concerned in the production of 126 cannabis plants and possession of a quantity of the Class B drug on April 25.
The court entered a not guilty plea on his behalf, and Quinn will next appear at Swansea crown court on June 15.
He was released on unconditional bail.
