A Whitland man has denied driving while more than double the legal alcohol limit.
William David Phillips, of Llanboidy, pleaded not guilty to driving with excess alcohol when he appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, January 22.
The 35 year-old is alleged to have driven a Vauxhall Agila on Jesse Road, Narberth, on November 24, with 72mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit is 35mg.
A trial date was listed for February 21 and Phillips was released on unconditional bail.
