Tenby RNLI launched both lifeboats to rescue people cut off by the incoming tide.
A Tenby Coastguard spokesman said: "Tenby coastguard rescue team along with Tenby Lifeboats RNLI ALB and ILB and Heddlu Dyfed Powys Police to reports of multiple persons cut off by the tide at First Bay, North Beach in Tenby.
"The casualties were located by Tenby ILB and taken to Tenby ALB for recovery to Tenby RNLI boathouse where they were met by coastguard rescue officers and police who provided safety information.
"Team then stood down."
Two young women were also rescued from the rocks south eat of Sandy Haven Caravan Park at 6.59pm yesterday (Friday, April 19).
Casualties were extracted from the rocks by Angle Lifeboat RNLI Y boat and dropped off on the beach to the waiting Dale coastguard team.
