Police have confirmed that a man has died in a collision between two boats in the Cleddau waterway between Lawrenny and Neyland earlier today.
A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesman, said: "Dyfed-Powys Police is currently in attendance at Neyland Marina, Milford Haven following reports of a collision on the waterway at around 11.30am.
"We can confirm a 35 year-old male lost his life during the incident, in which two boats collided.
"Next of kin are in the process of being informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
"We have informed the Marine Accident Investigation Branch and will be working with them to establish what happened on the water today."
Earlier it had been reported that a large emergency services response took place in Neyland.
The Wales Air Ambulance has been at the scene and a part of the Promenade across the waterfront has been closed off by police.
Emergency service activity seems to be centred around the pontoon near Neyland Yacht Club where police officers were seen.

Plainclothes officers have been walking part of the shoreline nearby.
The RNLI is also understood to have been involved, along with the Dyfed-Powys Police boat and Coastguard teams have joined the emergency services at the scene.
A resident living nearby said she had not noticed anything untoward before emergency services started to arrive.
She said: "Suddenly it was pandemonium - ambulances, half a dozen police cars, coastguard, the lot."
