WOULD you like to tune into a live beatboxing workshop or one-to-one singing sessions?

Then Pembrokeshire's Span Arts are offering such online delights during the coronavirus lockdown.

The community arts charity's team have been working hard from their homes to find ways of keeping their audience connected with an exciting new online programme.

Over the next three months, Span Digidol will be taking over the Span Arts website with a variety of creative, interactive and inspirational online content.

Span Digidol is a two-year project funded by the Arts Council of Wales and Leader Rural Development fund.

Digidol is Welsh for 'digital', and the project has aimed to explore the ways in which digital technology can be used creatively to reach isolated people in rural Pembrokeshire.

Span said: "Over the past eighteen months, the project has run a variety of creative and social activities.

"In these final weeks of the project, Span will showcase some of this work to tell the story of how this work has helped Span to reach more isolated people in Pembrokeshire, whilst inspiring some incredible intergenerational work and up-skilling both young and older members of the community.

"In the coming weeks, Span will hold a fortnightly screening of some of their pioneering work including Remote Choir, Memortal and Map Digi Penfro as well as sharing some other blogs and bits and pieces that tell this rich and never more timely story.

"Span’s fortnightly Cân Sing sessions continue online through video conferencing technology, they are also offering one to one online ‘Sing for wellbeing clinics’ with experienced voice practitioner Molara, and hosting a live stream beatboxing workshop with Welsh Hip-hop artist Mr. Phormula on April 18 and much more."
