Haverfordwest Magistrates Court
A 51 year-old is accused of driving while disqualified and without insurance on the A40.
Michael Richard Willas, of Swallow Close, Esh Winning, Durham, is alleged to have driven a Land Rover Discovery on the A40 at Haverfordwest while disqualified and without third-party insurance on March 11.
Willas was due to appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, September 8, but the case was adjourned until September 23 when he failed to attend.
