Nominations are open for volunteers from across Pembrokeshire to have their name put forward for the Pembrokeshire Volunteering Award 2021.

There are seven different categories including group awards, two for younger volunteers (aged under 25), trustees, long service, and where volunteering has made a difference to an individual.

The deadline to put names forward is noon on 22 October.

Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services (PAVS) said: "So much in our communities just would happen without volunteers, from befriending and fundraising to running clubs and groups. Some give a few hours when they can; some dedicate a lifetime."

There is a downloadable nomination form, and a ‘top tips’ guide at https://padlet.com/volforpembs/celebrate

If you would prefer a paper copy or have any queries, contact PAVS on 01437 769422.

The awards are coordinated by PAVS and supported by South Hook LNG. The ceremony will be held virtually on Thursday, December 9.
