An event is being held in Pembrokeshire for carers aged 50 and over to give their advice/opinions and to tell their stories of caring for others.
A national project between Age Cymru and Carers Trust Wales, funded by the Welsh Government, is asking carers over the age of 50 to tell their stories and how they feel about being a carer.
The event will take place at HaverHub on Quay Street in Haverfordwest, on Tuesday, November 9 between 11am and 1.30am.
A spokesperson said: "We're asking carers to get in touch with us to let us know about your experiences of caring and help us shape our support."
In order to attend the event, contact ceri.machlab@agecymru.org.uk or call 07375 389157.
