The Pembrokeshire branch of the National Trust has recently thanked volunteers who attended a winter beach clean in Freshwater West.
Beach cleans are regular throughout the winter for the National Trust, with the most recent occurring on Sunday, January 2.
Approximately 35 volunteers attended the weekend beach clean ‘including quite a number of children.’
Furthermore across the winter months, the National Trust also has COASTodian volunteers, who regularly litter pick beaches in the area, as well as around the Stackpole Estate.
The next beach clean which the organisation is taking part in will take place between 10am and 12pm on Sunday, February 13.
