Haverfordwest Fire Station is inviting the public to an experience day.
The event, organised by Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service, will be held on Thursday, March 20, from 10am to 1pm.
Participants will have the chance to learn about the role of a modern-day firefighter, try on firefighting gear, and understand the recruitment process.
The event will also cover the importance of fitness, various types of equipment and personal protective equipment, and career pathways within the fire service.
A spokesperson said: "It's the perfect opportunity to see what firefighting is all about!"
Booking is essential for those wishing to attend.
For more information and to book a place, visit the Eventbrite page.
The fire service said the event is designed to give people an insight into the fire services' role in the community, beyond just putting out fires.
