A major celebration of tourism excellence is returning after a two-year break.
The Visit Pembrokeshire 2026 Croeso Awards are now open for entries, recognising the best in Pembrokeshire’s tourism and hospitality industry.
Emma Thornton, CEO of Visit Pembrokeshire, said: “We are very excited to be launching our 2026 Croeso Awards building on our 2024 event through working in partnership with Pembrokeshire College and the Celtic Collection.
"We’ve taken the deliberate step to launch 3 months earlier than in previous years. By doing so we hope this will encourage more entries making it much easier for businesses and organisations to submit entries well ahead of the busy spring summer season.
"If you haven't entered the Croeso Awards before, please make this the year that you do!"
The awards will be held on Thursday, October 29, with 17 categories including ‘Best Hotel’, ‘Best Place to Eat’, ‘Accessible & Inclusive Tourism Award’ and ‘Rising Star’.
Colin Jackson CBE, the Welsh Olympic silver medallist, will host the event.
The awards include a partnership between Pembrokeshire College and the Celtic Collection, giving students hands-on experience in planning and delivering a live event.
Applications can be submitted through the Croeso Awards pages on the Visit Pembrokeshire website.
The deadline for entries is March 31, 2026, and the shortlist will be announced on July 1.
To support applicants, the Visit Pembrokeshire team will offer guidance sessions every Wednesday in February at the Bridge Innovation Centre in Pembroke Dock.
The awards aim to highlight businesses that deliver exceptional visitor experiences and showcase the best of Pembrokeshire’s tourism sector.
