A baby squirrel monkey is capturing the hearts of visitors at a wildlife park.
The tiny primate, born at Manor House Wildlife Park near Tenby, has been named Cyril after weeks of suggestions and voting.
The park shared the news online, writing: "After weeks of name suggestions, plenty of votes and a lot of very cute contenders, our baby squirrel monkey finally has his name.
"Say hello to Cyril."
The park said the naming process had been a hit with visitors and online followers, who have been closely following Cyril’s early days.
A spokesman for Manor House Wildlife Park said: "We've loved seeing how invested you've all been in choosing his name, and we think this one suits our little boy perfectly.
"He's growing, exploring and keeping mum very busy, so if you haven't met him yet, this is your sign to come and say hello."
Cyril’s story has drawn extra attention because of the unusual circumstances surrounding his birth.
Earlier this year, keepers grew concerned about his mother, Yacuma, who was showing troubling symptoms that suggested a neurological or spinal issue.
Veterinary checks revealed she was actually heavily pregnant, and Cyril was born soon after.
Squirrel monkeys are known for their expressive faces and lively personalities.
Native to the rainforests of Central and South America, they live in social family groups and spend much of their time climbing and exploring.
Visitors to Manor House Wildlife Park can often see the monkeys interacting with each other as part of the park's collection of animals from around the world.
The park itself is one of Pembrokeshire's best-known visitor attractions.
It describes itself as Wales’ only walking safari, offering visitors the chance to see exotic and endangered animals up close.
Cyril has quickly become a standout favourite.
His playful nature and growing confidence have made him a star attraction, and fans on social media are eagerly following his progress.
Having helped choose his name, many visitors are now looking forward to seeing Cyril continue to grow and thrive.
